2 medium onions, chopped 2 T olive oil 1/2 bottle bacon bits (optional) 1 loose cup brown sugar 1 can kidney beans 1 can garbanzo beans 1 can butter beans
2 T yellow mustard (Bottled, prepared – not dry) 1 T rice vinegar (or any vinegar)
Put onion and olive oil in rice cooker pan and turn cooker on to cook. Sauté onions until they are golden. Add everything else. Cook until everything is bubbling. You can
eat immediately, but they taste better if you let them cook a little longer.
