1 pound hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can black beans, rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed
4 cups water
3 beef boullion cube
1 tsp green pepper corns, cracked (use black ones if you don’t have green ones)
2 carrots, sliced into 1/3 inch slices
1/2 head cabbage, cut into 2 inch chunks
any other vegetables you like
Put onion, garlic and hamburger in rice cooker pan. Turn rice cooker on to cook and sauté until meat is brown. Add beans, water, pepper and boullion cubes and stir for 30
seconds. Cook uncovered for about 15-20 minutes. Add veggies and cabbage. Cover. Cook for another 3 minutes.
This one is great on a cold winter day.
