Fresh spinach
1 T olive oil
1 T balsamic vinegar
chopped garlic (optional)

Ray likes cooked spinach and I don’t particularly, but I’ll eat it this way.

Put olive oil and vinegar in your rice cooker pan. Add garlic, if you’d like. Fill the pot with spinach. Cover. Turn rice cooker on or press your “steam” button. Stir a few times. Cook until just wilted or cooked to death - your choice. I like it just wilted and Ray likes it cooked, so I take mine out and let his cook longer.
