Couscous
Sally Strackbein
www.SallysKitchen.com

Couscous is a nice alternative to rice or potatoes. It goes well with meat in sauce or is great by itself. You can top it with a little butter or olive oil.

1 T    olive oil
2 cups  couscous
2 cups  water
2      chicken bouillon cubes

Put oil, water and bouillon cubes in rice cooker pan. Turn cooker to cook. Bring to a boil. When water is bubbling and bouillon is melted, add couscous. Stir well. Remove from heat. It should be done. (Read the package directions.)
