Garlic Rice

Garlic Rice

6 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup rice
1 1/2 cups water
3 T extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 T chopped parsley

Put oil and garlic in rice cooker pan. Turn rice cooker on to cook and sauté garlic until it is golden, but not burned. Add rice and stir for 30 seconds. Add water, salt and parsley. Stir, cover and let cook.
