Lamb Stew

1 pound lamb stew meat
1 T olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 carrots, washed and cut into half inch pieces
2 medium potatoes, cut into 1 inch pieces
salt and pepper

Put lamb, olive oil, onion and garlic into rice cooker pan. Turn the cooker on to cook. Stir while lamb is browning. Add enough water to cover and let simmer for about 30 minutes. Add carrots and potatoes and cook for another 15 minutes.
