1 T olive oil 1 cup frozen peas 1 cup frozen corn 1 cup fresh carrots, sliced 1/2 onion, sliced
Throw everything in your rice cooker and turn it on to cook or steam. Cover. Stir a couple of times. Cook til crunchy or mushy, as you wish.
